Can I return/exchange/cancel my order?
ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES. Unless there was a mistake on our part, or the item is defected, we do not allow refunds/exchanges/cancellations. Sorry!
How long do pre-orders take to ship out to me?
Typically pre-orders take about 2-3 months until they're shipped out. This varies depending on the products and amount of orders. We will keep you updated via email and/or IG if any delays on production/shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes :) Please note that international buyers may have to pay a tax fee with their shipping provider.
Why is shipping so expensive for my country?
Sorry! I have no control over shipping rates. That's just how things are when shipping internationally.
Why didn't I get a confirmation email?
Before emailing us, please check your spam/junk/promotion folder for it. If it's not in any of these, then feel free to reach out to info@sayonarastreet.com and we'll get that sent to you again.
My order says "return to sender". What does that mean?
This means the address entered was invalid, or you took too long to pick it up from your local post office. Once it's sent back to our PO box, we'll pick it up and ship it out to you after the re-shipment fee is paid.
How much is a re-shipment fee?
$10 + the cost to ship back to you
It said that my packaged was dropped off but I don't see it. What do I do?
Sayonara Street is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once it's dropped off at the post office. Please contact the shipping provider to help locate where your package may be. Sometimes USPS will mark packages as "delivered" a day before the actual delivery date or may accidentally drop it off at your neighbor's mailbox.
Why hasn't my order been processed yet?
Effective 03/01/2023, Sayonara Street will only process IN STOCK orders over the weekends. If your item is a pre-order, then please remember orders take about 2-3 months to manufacture and ship.
Do international customers have to pay import fees?
Yes. Sayonara Street will not cover import fees/taxes.
